Outline

Morning: Anatomy and biomechanics review (1 hour), palpation techniques (2 hours).
Afternoon: Muscle testing for upper and lower extremities (2 hours), feedback and Q&A (1 hour).

Learning Objectives

- Perform detailed palpation and MMT for upper and lower extremity muscles.
- Recognize and evaluate trigger points and areas of myofascial restriction.
- Integrate palpation and testing results into client-specific treatment plans.

In-person, 6 hours
