WebBooks and Electronic Products

If you purchased a downloadable product like a Powerpoint you will be emailed a temporary download link to access your file. Please be sure to download the file(s) right away and save to a place on your computer for later access. Your download link is unique and temporary. It will expire after a number of downloads and days. Unfortunately just as we aren’t responsible for lost hard copy books, we are not responsible for lost electronic files, so please be sure to store them in a safe place (backup via dropbox or similar service is a recommended option). 

Please be aware that digital media is non-refundable and if unauthorized copies of your products are made you will be personally liable to pay for each additional unauthorized copy. By purchasing this product, you are agreeing to the full terms and conditions of purchase and use.

Prohealthsys WebBooks are designed for students, instructors, and clinicians — accessible from your computer or mobile device 24/7! A WebBook is designed to stay on the web.

Our WebBooks are hosted on prohealthsys.com, and contain the exact content as the print version and the previously offered ebooks.

Your WebBook comes with a single-use licensed copyright. After your order is processed, an email will be provided containing instructions to access your WebBook.

Digital products are expected to be kept in a digital format; your WebBook is not downloadable or printable. After logging in, your digital purchases are available at your fingertips, 24/7!

Ebooks are no longer offered, but we still offer our WebBooks!

No, we do not offer PDF downloads of any kind. Our content is exclusively available through our online reader using WebBooks.

We have opted not to offer PDF downloads to ensure the best possible reading experience for our users. By using our online reader and WebBooks, we can provide a dynamic and interactive reading environment with additional features and functionalities that are not available in static PDF files.

You can access all our content through our online reader. Our WebBooks platform provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface that allows you to read and interact with the content directly in your web browser, without the need to download any files.

Yes, you can access our online reader and WebBooks platform on various devices such as desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Simply visit our website using a compatible web browser on your preferred device and start reading.

proCentral Master members get the same access as Premium, plus 24/7 access to read several Prohealthsys textbooks online.

If you are a student or teacher with valid academic identification, you qualify for our Academic account. This account offers full access at a discounted price.

All accounts include a free 10 day trial and memberships can be cancelled anytime via your account control panel (not that you’ll want to once you discover how many awesome resources are at your fingertips!)

We’re sorry to see you go! proCentral paid accounts offer unlimited access to our growing library of practitioner resources. If you decide to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time.

You may also consider changing your membership to the basic free level so that you can still access the free resources with your account.

If you have the proCentral Master Edition or Student Edition membership, you can enjoy online reader access to our textbooks. These can be found at the bottom of the main proCentral page. Please note that books are best experienced on a large screen.

If you are signed up for proCentral Master Edition or Student Edition membership, you can enjoy access to several of our WebBooks online reader. These can be found at the bottom of the main proCentral page.

If you purchase an ebook, they are delivered as a PDF and can be viewed on devices like the iPad, but these are larger files that should be stored elsewhere (e.g. Dropbox or iBooks).

If you see “coming soon,” we are creating a new section, so please check back often.

Customer Service & Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Payment

Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm PST. Please note, we are a small team and will do our best to reply as quickly as possible.

Prohealthsys does not have a physical location for purchasing or picking up products. We offer our resources through our website and select college bookstores.

USA

Most orders to the USA are shipped from the USA. From time to time orders may be shipped from our main location in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Orders will be shipped out within 2-8 business days. Total delivery times vary between 4-14 business days. At this time we may not be able to provide tracking information. *Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to high volumes at our postal service. 

Canada

We recommend ordering from our Canadian website. Orders to Canada are shipped from Canada from our main location in Vancouver, BC. Orders will be shipped out within 2-8 business days. Total delivery times vary between 4-14 business days. At this time we may not be able to provide tracking information. *Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to high volumes at our postal service. 

International

For orders outside of USA and Canada, please check our Prohealthsys distributors page to find a distributor in your region.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All physical products purchased from our online store will gladly be exchanged or accepted for return within 30 days of purchase. Unless found to contain a manufacturing defect, we must receive the products in their unopened and resellable state. The customer is responsible for the return shipping payment and assumes responsibility for the return package insurance for the full purchase amount. Refund amount is limited to the full cost of the products purchased less a restocking fee, and does not include shipping or administrative fees incurred by the customer. The restocking fee is equal to 30% of the cost of purchases, or $15, whichever is greater, to cover our administrative fees.

eBooks and PowerPoints are custom watermarked and delivered digitally and as such are not eligible for refunds.

Digital Products including proCentral memberships are ineligible for refunds. proCentral offers a free trial so you can try out the platform before being charged (failure to cancel your account prior to the end of the trial will not be eligible for refunds).

Online courses are eligible for a refund within 30 days for courses that haven’t yet been started.

In-person seminars – in the case of illness or injury, we offer credit for a future seminar. For details, see Seminar description information and the Seminar Schedule.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION:
Before returning your products, please contact our store within one (1) week of the delivery date to start the return process and get a return authorization. We will need your order #, the product you wish to return or exchange and an explanation of why.

Once authorized, please enclose the following with your shipment:

  • the original invoice
  • in case of a manufacturers defect, the details outlining the type of defect.
  • your contact details including phone number and your e-mail address.

NOTE: Customers from outside of Canada must clearly indicate on the outside of the package, that it contains return goods. We will not accept return packages that have import duty or tax charges applied. Once the returned items are received in good order new ones will be sent out or a refund will be issued.

Online Courses & In-Person Seminars

In the case of illness or injury, or where a seminar needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as COVID-19 restrictions) we are happy to offer credit for a future in-person seminar.

Please note that live streaming is not available for all seminars.

Bringing a massage table is optional and not a requirement for our Seminars. We do our best to ensure there are enough massage tables for everyone and encourage people to bring one if they can. It’s perfectly fine if you don’t have one.

 

If you have lost your seminar certificate, we can issue you a new one. Please note, there is a $35 processing fee. You can request the replacement certificate here.

Our Seminar Schedule is always being updated! If you don’t see the seminar you are looking for, please continue to check back. 

We usually broadcast the Webinar Zoom link/Final location of the Seminar email reminders to all who are registered 2-3 days before the Scheduled Seminar.

For Online Courses:

  • Certificates for online courses are available instantly upon completion via your online courses dashboard page: https://www.prohealthsys.com/dashboard/courses
  • Once you complete a course it will show on the “completed” tab and you can download your PDF certificate.

Scheduled Seminars (In Person/Join Online/Webinars):

  • You will receive an Evaluation Form after the seminar. Please fill it out to receive your certificate.
  • Evaluation forms will be sent within 24hrs after your seminar. (Business days)

Yes, we can switch courses for you, only if:

  • You are unable to join the upcoming seminar.
  • Scheduled Seminar was cancelled.
  • Purchased the wrong Seminar.

 

Please note that switching seminars may require equivalent value of the original seminar that was purchased. Please email our Support.

Purchases at in person seminars aren’t recorded in our system. Please request a receipt directly from the instructor you purchased from. Any purchases made on our website will have receipts available in your order history in your My Account section.
