Hour 1: Overview of ACE principles and indications/contraindications for exercise.
Hour 2: Hands-on practice: basic ROM and isometric exercises.
Hour 3: Feedback, Q&A, and case study discussions.

- Apply the ACE principles to exercise therapy targeting inhibited/weak muscles and improving health outcomes.
- Identify indications and contraindications for exercise and stretching protocols.
- Prescribe basic exercises based on client-specific goals.
