Morning: Review of anatomy and alignment (1 hour), hands-on pose analysis (2 hours).
Afternoon: Functional assessments and modifications for common dysfunctions (2 hours), feedback and Q&A (1 hour).

- Apply anatomy principles to enhance alignment and safety in yoga poses.
