- Intro: Functional movement screens and foundational anatomy.
- Level 1: Orthopedic and functional assessments, exercise therapy.
- Level 2: Advanced biopsychosocial strategies and systemic health integration.
- Level 3: Multimodal approaches for complex cases.

Learning Objectives

- Understand the anatomy, biomechanics, and common dysfunctions of the low back and pelvis.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop mobility and strength interventions.
- Integrate systemic factors like inflammation and gut health into treatment plans.
