- Level 1: Mobility and strength-focused exercise therapy.
- Level 2: Advanced movement integration and graded activity exposure.
- Level 3: Holistic rehabilitation strategies for chronic dysfunctions.

Learning Objectives

- Perform detailed assessments for lower extremity mobility, strength, and gait.
- Develop exercise plans addressing mobility deficits and functional limitations.
- Apply advanced rehab strategies for plantar fasciitis, ACL recovery, and chronic ankle instability.
