- Intro: Functional movement screens and foundational assessments.
- Level 1: Detailed assessments, mobility exercises, and postural corrections.
- Level 2: Advanced therapeutic approaches for stress-related and inflammatory conditions.
- Level 3: Integrated care for complex cervical and shoulder dysfunctions.

Learning Objectives

- Understand the biomechanics and common dysfunctions of the cervical and thoracic spine and shoulders.
- Develop tailored exercise and mobility strategies for postural and movement impairments.
- Address sleep hygiene, stress management, and systemic factors in recovery.
