- Level 2: Advanced rehab for conditions like lateral epicondylitis and carpal tunnel.
- Level 3: Tailored interventions for complex cases.

Learning Objectives

- Understand the anatomy, biomechanics, and dysfunctions of the upper extremity.
- Develop evidence-based rehabilitation exercises for elbow, wrist, and carpal tunnel conditions.
- Customize treatment plans integrating neuromuscular control and grip strength strategies.
