Hour 1: Introduction to joint play, anatomy, and biomechanics.
Hour 2: Hands-on practice: basic palpation and mobilization setup for Grades 1–2.
Hour 3: Feedback, Q&A, and additional practice.

- Understand the principles of Grades 1–4.5 mobilizations and their clinical applications.
- Perform basic palpation and joint play techniques for spinal and extremity joints.
- Recognize contraindications and indications for mobilizations.
