Hour 1: Overview of SMART principles, neuromuscular system basics, and timed functional tests (sit-to-stand, single-leg balance).
Hour 2: Demonstration and practice of myoneural synergy activation, palpation for key muscle groups.
Hour 3: Safety, contraindications, and interpreting basic functional test results.
