The Yoga Movement Therapy Course is a comprehensive continuing education program built on The Evidence-Informed Yoga Book by Dr. Robyn Land and Dr. Nikita Vizniak, designed for health care professionals, yoga teachers and movement professionals who want to deepen their practice with anatomy, biomechanics, and research-backed instruction.
Across 12 modules, students move through the history and philosophy of yoga, foundational anatomy, and the full spectrum of asana, from seated and standing poses to inversions, arm balances, acrobatics, and partner yoga. Then dive into sequencing, teaching methodology, and clinical applications. The course includes video instruction, assigned readings, and a 36-question final exam
